1: DISPLAY THE PARK & PHONE MEMBERSHIP CARD IN YOUR CAR WINDSCREEN A membership sticker applied on the windscreen identifies the vehicle to Parking Attendants as a Park & Phone user. column 2 column 2 2: PARK YOUR CAR AND FIND THE NEAREST PARK & PHONE SIGNAGE The Park & Phone signs will tell you the correct number to dial in order to both start and end parking sessions as well as the zone number that you are parked in. TIP! -  Why not program it dirctly in to your mobile phone for future use, 020 7754 5055 3: CALL PARK & PHONE TO START YOUR PARKING TRANSACTION Simply call the indicated number. The Park & Phone system will automatically know who you are and which area you are calling from. When prompted, enter the zone number then # using your phone keypad and the system will confirm that your parking has started.                     REMINDERS - Park & Phone will automatically send a free text message to your phone 15 minutes (this may vary with each mobile phone operator) before the maximum permitted parking time in the zone where you are parked. This gives you time to get back to your car and move it before getting a ticket for overstaying! 4: CALL PARK & PHONE AGAIN TO END YOUR PARKING SESSION When you return to your vehicle, simply call the same Park & Phone number again. The system will automatically recognise you and know that you have an active parking session. To end your parking, simply enter #.                                                                                                                                      Park & Phone will give you a voice confirmation that your parking session has ended and automatically calculate the amount of time that you have parked before applying the correct chrge to your registered account.  RECEIPTS - At the end of each transaction Park & Phone will automatically add details of the parking session to the history page in your personal myPark&Phone website. Park & Phone will also send you free of charge parking receipts, either by text or by e-mail to your registered address. TIP! - If you are an early worker who arrives before charging starts you can start a parking session and only be charged from the time that parking charges start! TIP! – If you need to leave your car overnight in Tower Hamlets, you can start a parking session before going to bed and not have to get up to purchase a pay & display ticket by 09.00 the next morning!   USER GUIDE (PDF 1067 KB)
